Using alphaware.xyz means you accept these terms, the privacy policy, and the investment disclaimer.

The service

The site offers free reading of writing on markets, quantitative methods, and data systems. It does not offer accounts, payments, trade execution, or advisory contracts. Text reflects sources available at publication and may be revised.

Allowed use

Personal reading, short quotation with credit and a URL, and RSS subscription are allowed.

Not allowed

• Redistributing articles or figures without permission, stripping attribution, or presenting copies as originals
• Automated traffic that harms the site
• Asking people to click ads, or dressing ads up as editorial copy
• Impersonating the operator

Copyright

Original text and diagrams belong to Alphaware. Quoted public data and portraits follow their own licenses. Sources are kept in captions and in photo-credits.json when we have them.

Outbound links

Links to venues, clouds, and documentation are for convenience. We do not control their content or uptime.

Limitation

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for transmission errors, downtime, or third-party failures. Trading losses are covered by the disclaimer.

Changes

If these terms change, the date on this page changes. Continued use is acceptance of the new terms.
